I have over twenty-two years of experience accompanying individuals and organizations to attain greater unity between their equity aspirations and real-time behaviors and environments. I have stories of successes and failures, learning to navigate rigid structures and toxic environments. The ways through often required experimentation, immersive learning, and trusted people who helped me refine the tools I had within and who I was meant to become. I am enlivened by communities of practice. Throughout my professional career I have found sustenance, levity and joy in creating beloved communities who, challenge, support, and nourish each other to be able to do the often challenging work of disrupting the status quo. I hold a Master’s in Education with an emphasis on Multicultural Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
